Dear Women, and Men and Children, Female and Male, of the Pepco FamilyCommunity:

As you know, many people, consumers and stakeholders,  feel that Pepco is not functioning properly in the area of responsible energy stewardship. We recently checked your corporate website, and found that Chase’s Executive Board is mostly male, five women and sixteen men. In recent years, we have come to believe and learn that the community as a whole benefits best when all the members of a community are involved as decision-makers, and that the decision-making is balanced by gender, and works with a consciousness to the balance of love and work, for family and community, and in sustainable harmony with Nature. We believe this approach will help Pepco, as an energy provider to millions of women, men and children, both girls and boys,  in the fulfilfment of its most important missions in a New Millennium.

While scientific study finds both genders are equally intelligent, science has revealed that there are differences between the genders (see http://www.webmd.com/balance/features/how-male-female-brains-differ?page=3 and http://gypsumgirl.hubpages.com/hub/Gender-Differences-In-Brain-Development). The male brain is richer in gray matter, which holds more discrete information, problems solves well in isolated, especially hierarchical, situations and excels in spatial/technological intelligence, while the female brain is richer in white matter, better connected between right and left hemisphere, is better at integrating the connections of information, is better in long-term problem solving, heterarchical consensus-making, problem avoidance, and planning that is empathically sensitive to human beings and nature. http://gas.sagepub.com/content/19/4/506.abstract?ck=nck http://legalplanet.wordpress.com/2012/04/09/will-estrogen-save-the-planet/  Both forms of intelligence, female and male, have always been needed, but they are acutely needed now in full presence and cooperation to meet the demands of a technologically, socially, and environmentally connected planet. ·

Many parts of the world have discovered this truth to some degree, and have seen to it that women and men are about equal in presence in government decision-making, and especially,  on corporate boards.http://www.nytimes.com/2008/03/21/business/worldbusiness/21iht-wbwomen.2.11315428.html?_r=1&pagewanted=all and
http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2009/dec/02/french-government-gender-equality-plan and http://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct=j&q=&esrc=s&source=web&cd=3&ved=0CGsQFjAC&url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.womenlobby.org%2Fspip.php%3Faction%3Dacceder_document%26arg%3D1414%26cle%3Dc2d993373741245ae62ff99905e3030f497cf139%26file%3Dpdf%252Fewl_report_women_on_boards_in_europe_27_february-2.pdf&ei=eCAYUI3zF-uM6QHbiICgCg&usg=AFQjCNG2JGN4dD5oOAy7ggYmxwTmQuAF9w&sig2=ukACHf1NSjaRTXj63pz3jA and http://www.weforum.org/women-leaders-and-gender-parity
These  parts of the world also offer extensive family leave, such as three years in Austria and Germany, to their employees http://www.childpolicyintl.org/issuebrief/issuebrief5table1.pdf and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parental_leave#Benefits_in_a_selection_of_countries  The inclusion of women brings forth a change on the balance of love and work that serves women and men, and especially, their and everyone’s children, and the ripple effect of protecting this bonding prevents later billions of cost in true wealth, due to in loss of human potential, in the form of crime, drug abuse, all manner of illness including mental illness, (all of which are important in Pepco’ service area of metro DC and urbam/suburban Maryland) and the unknown loss of human genius that would fulfill its potential if children had good bonding with their parents during the formative years.

It is my belief also that this model would result in every operation empowering all its participants, and become more of an inclusive and cooperative decision-making community, functioning democratically on important issues, and insuring the well being of all its members. This is a model of government in many parts of the world. All the villages of India follow the Panchayat Raj, or Village Rule, which mandates 5050 gender balance in decision-making as well as fair respresentation of minorities, the cities of France (where the major party requires 5050 gender as well as representative minority presence on ballots) and many in other countries in Europe and some in the US), are all 5050, the government of Wales is 5050, and many other places on Earth are striving to achieve this now. Children are raised by Mothers/Women, at least as much as Fathers/Men. http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/cutting-edge-leadership/201107/women-s-intuition-myth-or-reality Imagine the good it would do for Pepco if a 5050 balance model was adopted for its corporate Leadership and Board operation, as well, which is currently indicated as mostly male. And what a difference it would make if Pepco used its stature and influence to ask that this model be used for all corporations and the governments (including that in Washington, which, with no publically funded elections in contrast to 65 nations that have this http://campfin.polisci.wisc.edu/Conf/LaRaja.pdf,  and 16% of women in office amidst 84% men who clearly do not value women as partners, ranks 78th/92nd in the world if you count ties in representation of women http://www.ipu.org/wmn-e/classif.htm  and is therefore missrepresenting and harming both all females and their families, including males, their dreams of peace, and their social and physical environment
http://gas.sagepub.com/content/19/4/506.abstract?ck=nck), at all levels, of our part of the world) instead of just lobbying to avoid regulation in an outmoded and unsustainable paradigm.

In addition, many economists now support the notion that our money and payment system should value the unpaid work of women (especially, who do most of this) as well as men, in their family and value the protection of the environment. An extensive discussion of this with many relevant links, and how a change in our money system could repair past inequities, including slavery, and bring us into a new energy future making what was once thought to be only science fiction and paradisal myth, our reality, is available at http://soularsolar.webs.com/aboutgendertender.html and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genuine_progress_indicator#Calculation_formula_of_GPI
The astronomical dimensions and proportions of this revaluation is discussed at: http://theeastronomicallgifts.webs.com/riszeninvalue.html
Also enclosed in a HerandHis Sacred Invoice, http://thesacredaccounting.webs.com/AboutSacredInvoice.html and http://thesacredaccounting.webs.com/HerandHisSacredInvoice.pdf that gives an estimate of what all people, including the lowest paid phone service representative to the highest paid executive, have all been deprived of in Social Wellness including breakgthroughs that would include 100% use of renewable abundant energy, the Fountain of Youth, harmony with Nature, avoidance of Crime, Illness, cost of Wars and Defense Expenditures and lack of Peace, and Stargate technology for connection to other planets, because of the use of gender imbalanced decision-making and paradigms of wealth, for the past centuries, and indeed, Millennia.

Pepco’s service area has had an increase of severe weather, and even an earthquake. In addition, Pepco has recently come under fire by its custumer stakeholders http://thinkprogress.org/economy/2012/07/03/510888/pepco-profits-taxes/?mobile=nc
http://thisisourdc.org/2012/05/18/99-spring-to-protest-pepco/ http://thisisourdc.org/2012/02/28/300-protest-at-pepco-board-member-workplace/
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2011/02/11/AR2011021103836.html?sid=ST2010120403965
But even these concerned stakeholders, are not themselves well educated enough about the impact of outmoded, gender imbalanced paradigms on their own future, as well as that of the larger community including the earth environment, as their has been little media coverage of these realities, although there is a lot about it on the Internet.  Some observers feel that the severe storms and earthquakes may exascerbated and triggered by energy policies (oil and nuclear instead of wind and solar)  that are driven by short term gender imbalanced investment profit and wealth models instead of true progress, and not sustainable. Your website indicates a goal of renewable energy to be 20% of your mix by 2020. But three years ago, former vice president Al Gore threw down a gauntlet: to repower America with 100 percent carbon-free electricity within 10 years, and Mr. Gore, who missed the opportunity to usher in an era of female runningmates and 5050 gender balance in government,  is not even thinking about what is possible when decision-making becomes gender balanced. Solar and wind are in increasing use now, and there is no reason to wait, except for the wrong decision-making and wealth paradigms, which are delaying major breatkthroughs and provoking natural imbalance, evident in storms and earthquakes which will likely increase if the ideas in this letter are not heeded. We hope this letter will help company, stakeholders and area decision makers alike, to think deeply about and come up to speed about what many leading economists have been saying and warning for several decades now about sustainable wealth, and start a transformation of paradigms to real energy, including the Energy of Love, that begins with/includes Pepco in its service and message to the Capitol of this region of our interconected Planet.

It would make Pepco a model for all, if included in the bills and financial statements, it added a copy of HerandHis Sacred Invoice, plus
a printed statement of the average estimate payment of the value of all its members, particularly its female members, http://swz.salary.com/MomSalaryWizard/LayoutScripts/Mswl_NationalRange.aspx unpaid work for family and community for the period, (ranging about $150,000/year), and the value of all their respecting of Nature, including a renewable energy mix that would help in preserving the trees which are now being cut down so frequently because they interfere with the transmission lines. Moms especially deserve this, but many childless and single women and men also give long hours to volunteer work on behalf of their extended family and community, environment and world and in some instances, such volunteer time can make the difference between a sustainable future, or none. This information could be communicated to officials and schools in their local communities, and serve as a model and basis to a more sustainable, ecovillage-neighborhood consciousness, that results from valuing time given to family, community and sustainable energy, and rebuilding balance.

Finally, their is an entirely different economic model, that could be used on a national and global scale, but certainly could be used at Pepco, which is the cooperative.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cooperative.  This would mean that all the participants in the operation, female and male, act as a community. There is much information about this model on the Internet. http://www.co-operative.coop/join-the-revolution/our-plan/keeping-communities-thriving/charity-of-the-year/ http://www.docstoc.com/docs/74086482/FACTSheet-Co-ops-and-Charities  Embedded in this model is the notion of sustainable wealth. Many of your customers are at the bottom of the income distribution, and are also often female who typically earn less than men but usually are more responsible for unpaid family and community tasks, and all of these have an uncertain future in that that top 1% of Americans have accumulated so much greater a share in wealth than those typical of your phone solicitors http://www2.ucsc.edu/whorulesamerica/power/wealth.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wealth_inequality_in_the_United_States But these customers, female especially reparatively, but also male, have profound gifts to give and should be valued, if their full value and importance to their families and the whole community are to be recognized.

According to http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2011/02/11/AR2011021103836.html?sid=ST2010120403965 Mr. Rigby’s salary, plus the value of stock options, incentive pay, pension benefits and perks, brought his total compensation for 2009 to more than $3.1 million. As a result of Pepco’s problems with service delivery, he said, he would forgo up to $900,000 in compensation this year by not accepting a raise or bonus.Rigby is eligible for a bonus worth his $880,000 annual salary. The bulk of Rigby’s compensation as chief executive is stock and stock options.According to http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2012/05/25/ceo-pay-highest-salaries-typical-workers_n_1545189.html this is considerably less than the average US CEO who is earning over $9 million, and perhaps Mr. Rigby could have the insight to reduce his compensation even further, so that it did not exceed the President’s salary, for example, and set a completely new path for CEOs.  In what other country, or Universe do such high CEO salaries make ethical, spiritual or even practical sense? France and Germany have caps on their CEOs of about 500,000 euros.http://www.ft.com/intl/cms/s/0/2b08297a-4c57-11de-a6c5-00144feabdc0.html#axzz240Sovteh
http://www.france24.com/en/20120613-france-moscovici-hollande-ceo-executive-pay-cap-euros-state-firms  Yet, according to http://creativeconflictwisdom.wordpress.com/2011/10/07/ration-of-ceo-pay-to-average-worker-by-country/, the average ratio of CEO pay to average worker is

This ratio of CEO to measure of average worker pay also does not reflect the situation of the unpaid mothers, whose essential work of child and family care goes entirely uncreditted. According to http://www.tavistalks.com/womenandchildren/ Poverty in America officially has a new face: women. More than half of the 46.2 million Americans living in poverty are women, and 29 percent of adult women are more likely to be poor than adult men. From 2009 to 2010, more than 1 million additional children also fell into poverty, and the numbers continue to rise. And Chase is a global player. Globally, the plight of women and children is even worse. Women represent a staggering 70% of the world’s, and their children, little girls and boys both, are poor with them. http://www.globalpovertyproject.com/infobank/women Does Pepco’s CEO and Board consider such CEO salaries a sign of success, when this is the larger picture? This world picture is the outcome of too many generations of business done by the most dominating and hoarding, but actually short-sighted of men, without the balance wisdom of equal numbers of women, whose presence studies show, are less driven by hierarchical needs, and bring more compassion, distributive justice, and sustainable wisdom to the table. If Pepco’s Leadership voluntarily reduced salary and took on the mantel of working for the public good, they could set an example of true Providence and real wealth for this national region of CEOs, and world of inequity and extreme poverty amidst hoarded false wealth , that is sorely needed. That is real Power and Energy. The Power and Energy of Love. Instead of just Pepco meaning Potomac Electric Power Company, that powers a nation’s Capitol (and capital) it would come to be known as Pepco, Power for Everyone Providently Company, and change business and government to something that is true and real and blessedly sustainable, according to Highest Spiritual traditions:

In  ancient times in the Jewish and Christrian traditions, the Jubilee was supposed to be used every 50 years to achieve a periodic sharing of wealth, understood to be an ethical and religious obligation in human understanding of the commands of the Deity. http://experimentaltheology.blogspot.com/2010/03/when-god-was-federal-government-jubilee.html http://www.jubileeinitiative.org/specifics.html http://greenwoodback40.blogspot.com/2012/06/jubilee-or-judgement-day.html Other religious teachings also teach of the wisdom on letting go of the accumulation of wealth, as deepest spiritual insight, as in the case of Prince Siddhartha who become Buddha when he chose a simple community life. More recent examples are available. Charles Stewart Mott was a businessman and former mayor, and husband and father, who was a billionaire but lived on $40,000 a year. Chuck Collins (born 1959) is directs the Program on Inequality and the Common Good. He is also co-founder of Wealth for Common Good. He is an expert on U.S. economic inequality and has pioneered efforts to bring together investors and business leaders to speak out publicly against corporate practices and economic policies that increase economic inequality.. He is the great-grandson of 19th-century meatpacking mogul Oscar Mayer and the grandson of the U.S. pianist and composer Edward Joseph Collins, as well as Michael Collins, liberator of Ireland. He first caught attention when he gave an inheritance of $500,000 to several foundations at the age of 26  He is the author of 99 to 1: How Wealth Inequality is Wrecking the World and What We Can Do About It. Another millionaire recently gave away his fortune for the sake of his soul http://www.theage.com.au/executive-style/luxury/tycoon-trades-high-life-for-bedsit-20100209-npsx.html  We believe that Pepco’s women and men are well suited for its leadership and familycommunity to medidate on these models for the human systems of Energy, and enjoy the blessings that such a change of consciousness brings upon those who practice it, and model it for others.

But, again even all of these gestures are dwarfed by simply including a HerandHis Sacred Invoice  turned into HerandHIs Sacfed Dividend/Rebate, a representational consciousness-raising estimate of women’s unpaid familycommunity work and the value of Nature. in every billing statement, something we believe would occur if the Boards of Corporations, (and decision-makers for all communities, local and global), were equally female and male. There is an excellent article by a woman who had the intention of rising to equal decision-making at her then Corporation, http://www.workingwithoneness.org/articles/black-elk-and-vice-president, and expessed the wish to change the top-down hierarchy of leadership and wealth into a multifaceted jewel that includes and benefits everyone equally.  Finally, there is the work of Belgian economist Bernard Lietaer, http://www.yesmagazine.org/issues/money-print-your-own/beyond-greed-and-scarcity, that expresses the return to an awareness of the Goddess, Mother, or Divine Feminine, who does not hoard wealth, but distributes equally and abundantly to all her Children, in our understanding of wealth. If a one time cumulative estimate of all the years women, especially, but men also, have been working for and paying for Pepco’ services while also doing the unpaid work of family and community, was included in all bills and financial statements, it would be an an enormously  large number, like the gigawatts of many power plants, that would produce a change in consciousness about the real value of all the participants Pepco, that would express the true Value of the FamilyCcommunity Village that actually is and has been the bedrock and true purpose and Nature of the whole operation.

The first reaction to these suggestions may be that it would “put us out of business”. But the invention of the wheel did not put handcarrying out of business but helped it, the use of sterilization did not put doctors out of business, the invetion of the printing press did not put talking out of business, and the invention of the Internet did not put writing and reading out of business. These paradigm shifts produced enormous changes in consciousness, and simply benefitted everyone. So will 5050 balance of gender in decision-making, economics and family/work balance.

As we have matured, we have come to the conclusion that all people, female and male, are meant ot be embodiments of a MotherFatherGoddessGod of Presence and Process in Interaction, who exists as a process that mutually and equally empowers the female and the male, to the good of all the Children of Humanity, female and male.It is our belief that Pepco has many women on its staff who have not been raised to highest levels of leadership and remuneration, and an estimate of these staffs contributions should be undertaken, as if they had been valued as fully as male CEOs since its inception. We believe that if Pepco adopted a female rempowering and 5050 gender balanced model of coleadership and teamwork, included a cooperative interaction among all its participants, with periodic gathering of its workers as a community to value each other’s contributions both to Pepco and their own families and communities, and especially included an estimate of the unpaid work of especially women (but to some extent also men) in nurturing their families and communities, and the value of renewable energy/Nature in its printed financial operations, it would create a change in consciousness, that would result in a miracle of breakthroughs that would, in fact, improve the Love Energy awareness of the People it services,  and would also set off a chain reaction that would more rapidly change the energy mix of the national region and world to renewable abundant energy, and  be a model of the cure for all our society’s ills, in all corporate and government endeavors, and redeem and transform them.

Many people believe that the Human FamilyCommunicty (because all people, are in fact, genealogically related) has entered a period that is either the end of days for humanity on this planet, or the beginning of a new time of higher consciousnessness. Many people believe your current model is immanently unsustainable, and will bring you little more than the “success” of dying “on top” in days of social, economic and environmental catastrophe. Instead, May we all wish each other well in the possibility of a New Beginning in this still New Millennium

We  respectfully ask that this letter be viewed by not only the Women Addressees, but with all the women of their families, and shared with the many women, as well as men, who comprise the Pepco professional, service, advertising, and customer base, including the website listed Leadership and Board of Pepco which is mostly male instead of 5050.
Thank You.

Sincerely and With Every Blessing,

Dear Women, and Men and Children, Female and Male,  of the Chase FamilyCommunity:

As you know, many people. including both stockholders and stakeholders,  feel that JP Chase is not functioning properly in the area of responsible wealth stewardship. We recently checked your corporate website, and found that Chase’s Executive Board is mostly male.  In recent years, we have come to believe and learn that the community as a whole benefits best when all the members of a community are involved as decision-makers, and that the decision-making is 5050 balanced by gender, is multiethnically and racially representative of the percentage of minorities in the population, and works with a consciousness to the balance of love and work, for family and community. We believe this approach will help Chase in the fulfilfment of its most important service and wealth-building missions in a New Millennium, (and avoid severe problems that will occur if these changes are not made.)

Both forms of intelligence, female and male, of all races, have always been needed, but they are acutely needed now in full presence and cooperation to meet the demands of a technologically, socially, and environmentally connected planet. ·

In contrast to the US. women range between 0-15.7% on corporate boards, and are simply coopted into perpetuating the values of dominant, hoarding men. http://www.forbes.com/sites/womensmedia/2011/06/07/the-terrible-truth-about-women-on-corporate-boards/ , parts of the world have discovered the truth about the need to balance women’s and men’s intelligence, and have seen to it that women and men are about equal in presence in government decision-making, and especially,  on corporate boards.http://www.nytimes.com/2008/03/21/business/worldbusiness/21iht-wbwomen.2.11315428.html?_r=1&pagewanted=all and

All the villages of India follow the Panchayat Raj, or Village Rule, which mandates 5050 gender balance in decision-making as well as fair respresentation of minorities, the cities of France (their major party requires 5050 and minority representation on ballots) and many in other countries in Europe and some in the US), are all 5050, the government of Wales is 5050, and many other places on Earth are actively striving to achieve this now. Children are raised by Mothers/Women who attain important abilities in the process of giving nurturing childcare, at least as much and somewhat more than as Fathers/Men, and all women have greater estrogen and related special skills in the interpersonal arena that are important and helpful to ethical business and its ability to serve all generations. http://www.psychologytoday.com/blog/cutting-edge-leadership/201107/women-s-intuition-myth-or-reality Imagine the good it would do for Chase if a 5050 balance model, that respected the Love and Work Balance, was adopted for its corporate Leadership and Board operation, as well, which is currently indicated is almost completely male. And what a difference it would make if Chase used its stature and influence to ask that this model be used for all corporations and the governments (including that in Washington, which, with no publically funded elections in contrast to 65 nations that have this http://campfin.polisci.wisc.edu/Conf/LaRaja.pdf,  and 16% of women in office amidst 84% men who clearly do not value women as partners, ranks 78th/92nd in the world if you count ties in representation of women http://www.ipu.org/wmn-e/classif.htm  and is therefore missrepresenting and harming both all females and their families, including males, and their social and physical environment http://gas.sagepub.com/content/19/4/506.abstract?ck=nck), at all levels, of our part of the world) instead of just lobbying to avoid regulation in an outmoded and unsustainable paradigm.

In addition, many economists now support the notion that our money and payment system should value the unpaid work of women (especially, who do most of this) as well as men, in their family and value the protection of the environment. An extensive discussion of this with many relevant links, and how a change in our money system could repair past inequities, including slavery, and bring us into a new future making what was once thought to be only science fiction and paradisal myth, our reality, is available at http://soularsolar.webs.com/aboutgendertender.html and http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genuine_progress_indicator#Calculation_formula_of_GPI
The astronomical dimensions and proportions of this revaluation is discussed at: http://theeastronomicallgifts.webs.com/riszeninvalue.html
Also enclosed in a HerandHis Sacred Invoice, http://thesacredaccounting.webs.com/AboutSacredInvoice.html and http://thesacredaccounting.webs.com/HerandHisSacredInvoice.pdf that gives an estimate of what all people, including the lowest paid teller to the highest paid executive, have all been deprived of in Social Wellness including breakgthroughs that would include teh Fountain of Youth, harmony with Nature, avoidance of Crime, Illness, cost of Wars and Defense Expenditures and lack of Peace, and Stargate technology for connection to other planets, because of the use of gender imbalanced decision-making and paradigms of wealth, for the past centuries, and indeed, Millennia.

Chase has recently come under fire by its stockholders http://www.fool.com/investing/general/2012/05/16/jpmorgan-chases-loss-is-a-call-to-shareholders-not.aspx http://www.csmonitor.com/Business/Latest-News-Wires/2012/0515/JPMorgan-Chase-shareholders-to-confront-CEO-Dimon/%28page%29/2. that caused the resignation of an investment officer, we believe it was a female, attempting to implement decisions in gender imbalanced model. But the stockholders, many from California Pension and Teachers Funds and New York agencies, given that California and New York do not have balance in gender in government and are as a result likely to continue to be in continued social and financial (and likely soon, environmental) trouble, are not themselves well educated enough about the impact of outmoded, gender imbalanced paradigms on their own future, as well as that of the larger community including the earth environment, as their has been little media coverage of these realities, although there is a lot about it on the Internet. Both New York and California are in Earthquake Zones,  and have had recent earthquakes, which some observers feel may exascerbated and triggered by energy policies (oil and nuclear instead of wind and solar)  that are driven by short term gender imbalanced investment profit and wealth models instead of true progress, and not sustainable, . We hope this letter will encourage them to think deeply about and come up to speed about what many leading economists have been saying and warning for several decades now about sustainable wealth, and start a transformation of paradigms that begins with/includes Chase.

Instead of further confrontations born of an outmoded gender imbalanced approach to wealth-building, it would make Chase a model for all, if included in the bills, stockholder statements and financial statements, it added a copy of Sacred Invoice and a printed statement of the average estimate payment of the value of all its members for the period, particularly its female members, http://swz.salary.com/MomSalaryWizard/LayoutScripts/Mswl_NationalRange.aspx unpaid work for family and community, (ranging about $150,000/year), and the value of all their respecting of Nature, including but also above and beyond recycling, for their local and whole community. Moms especially deserve this, but many childless and single women and men also give long hours to volunteer work on behalf of their extended family and community, environment and world and in some instances, such volunteer time can make the difference between a sustainable future, or none. Chase could audit its own operations using the http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genuine_progress_indicator#Calculation_formula_of_GPI, adjusted to reflect gender coleadership and diversity. This information could be communicated to their local and global customer/stockandstakeholder communities via billing and stockholder statements, and serve as a model and basis to a more sustainable, ecovillage-neighborhood consciousness of wealth, that results from economically and spiritually valuing time given to family, community and sustainable energy, and rebuilding balance.

Finally, their is an entirely different economic model, that could be used on a national and global scale, but certainly could be used at Chase, which is the cooperative.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cooperative. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cooperative_banking This would mean that all the participants in the operation, female and male, act as a community. There is much information about this model on the Internet.Embedded in this model is the notion of sustainable true wealth. As a result of a trend for concentration of wealth that is afflicting our world and especially this part of the world, many of your customers are toward the bottom of the income distribution, and are also often female who typically earn less than men but usually are more responsible for unpaid family and community tasks, and all of these have an uncertain future in that that top 1% of Americans have accumulated so much greater a share in wealth than those typical of tellers and phone representatives. http://www2.ucsc.edu/whorulesamerica/power/wealth.html http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wealth_inequality_in_the_United_States But these customers and employees, female especially reparatively, but also male, have profound gifts to give and should be valued, if their full value and importance to their families and the whole community are to be recognized.

According to http://www.seiu.org/a/profilechase.php the Median JPMorgan Chase bank teller wage is $10.58/hour or $22,006 annually, while in 2008 CEO Jamie Dimon’s pay was $19.7 million (893 times median teller wage). In what other country, or Universe does this make ethical, spiritual or even practical sense?
France and Germany have caps on their CEOs of about 500,000 euros.http://www.ft.com/intl/cms/s/0/2b08297a-4c57-11de-a6c5-00144feabdc0.html#axzz240Sovteh
http://www.france24.com/en/20120613-france-moscovici-hollande-ceo-executive-pay-cap-euros-state-firms According to http://creativeconflictwisdom.wordpress.com/2011/10/07/ration-of-ceo-pay-to-average-worker-by-country/, the average ratio of CEO pay to average worker is

Thus, Chase’s CEO is earning about twice as much as the “average” already grossly overpaid US CEO, and this measure of average worker does not reflect the situation of the unpaid mothers, whose work of child and familycare goes entirely uncreditted. According to http://www.tavistalks.com/womenandchildren/
Poverty in America officially has a new face: women. Women represent a staggering 70% of the world’s, and their children, little girls and boys both, are poor with them. http://www.globalpovertyproject.com/infobank/women Does Chase’s CEO and Board consider their salaries a sign of success, when this is the larger picture? This world picture is the outcome of too many generations of business done by the most dominating and hoarding, but actually short-sighted of men, without the balance wisdom of equal numbers of women, whose presence studies show, are less driven by hierarchical needs, and bring more compassion, distributive justice, and sustainable wisdom to the table.

In ancient times in the Jewish and Christian traditions, the Sabbath was supposed to be used every 7 years and the Jubilee was supposed to be used every 50 years to achieve a periodic sharing of wealth, understood to be an ethical and religious obligation in human understanding of the commands of the Deity. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sabbath_economics http://experimentaltheology.blogspot.com/2010/03/when-god-was-federal-government-jubilee.html http://www.jubileeinitiative.org/specifics.html http://greenwoodback40.blogspot.com/2012/06/jubilee-or-judgement-day.html Other religious teachings also teach of the wisdom on letting go of the accumulation of wealth, as deepest spiritual insight, as in the case of Prince Siddhartha who become Buddha when he chose a simple community life. More recent examples are available. Charles Stewart Mott was a businessman and former mayor, and husband and father, who was a billionaire but lived on $40,000 a year. Chuck Collins (born 1959) directs the Program on Inequality and the Common Good. He is also co-founder of Wealth for Common Good. He is an expert on U.S. economic inequality and has pioneered efforts to bring together investors and business leaders to speak out publicly against corporate practices and economic policies that increase economic inequality. Another millionaire recently gave away his fortune for the sake of his soul http://www.theage.com.au/executive-style/luxury/tycoon-trades-high-life-for-bedsit-20100209-npsx.html Don’t the members of the Chase Executive and Board and largest investors have or need some spiritual awareness that would help them benefit from these examples?

All these changes are needed, and must be started by immediately simply including an estimate of women’s unpaid familycommunity work and the value of Nature in every billing statement, something we believe would occur quickly if the Boards of Corporations, (and decision-makers for all communities, local and global), were equally female and male. There is an excellent article by a woman who had the intention of rising to equal decision-making at her then Corporation, http://www.workingwithoneness.org/articles/black-elk-and-vice-president, and expessed the wish to change the top-down hierarchy of leadership and wealth into a “multifaceted jewel” that includes and benefits everyone equally. If a one time cumulative estimate of all the years women, especially, but men also, have been working for and paying for Chase’ services while also doing the unpaid work of family and community, was included in all bills and financial statements, it would be an enormously large number, that would produce a change in consciousness about the real value of all the participants Chase, that would express the true Value of the community or Village that actually is and has been the bedrock and true Nature of the whole operation as a service industry to the human family. In 2005, JP Morgan Chase and Wachovia both apologized for their connections to slavery. These changes would bring forth the ripple effects that would most directly benefit the descendants of slaves, as well as millions of people who came to America to avoid indentured servitude, not to be indebted to hoarders of false wealth.

The first reaction to these suggestions may be that it would “put us out of business”. But the invention of the wheel did not put handcarrying out of business but helped it, the use of sterilization did not put doctors and healing out of business, and the invention of the Internet did not put writing and reading out of business. These paradigm shifts simply benefitted everyone. So will 5050 balance of gender in decision-making, economics and family/work balance

As we have matured, we have come to the conclusion that all people, female and male, of all races and heritages, are meant ot be embodiments of a MotherFatherGoddessGod of Presence and Process in Interaction, who exists as a process that mutually and equally empowers the female and the male, to the good of all the Children of Humanity, female and male.It is our belief that Chase has many women on its staff who have not been raised to highest levels of leadership and remuneration, and an estimate of these staffs contributions should be undertaken, as if they had been valued as fully as male CEOs since its inception. This is not about promoting just a few women, and coopting them to adopt a gender imbalanced model. Instead, We believe that if Chase adopted a female rempowering and 5050 gender balanced model of coleadership and minority representative teamwork, included a cooperative interaction among all its participants, with periodic gathering of its workers as a community to value each other’s contributions both to Chase and their own families and communities, and especially included an estimate of the unpaid work of especially women (but to some extent also men) in nurturing their families and communities in its printed financial operations, it would create a change in consciousness, that would result in a miracle of breakthroughs that would, in fact, improve the awareness of the People it services,  and would also set off a chain reaction that would change the energy investment mix of the national region and world to renewable abundant energy, especially the energy of Love, and be a model of the cure for all our society’s ills, in all corporate and government endeavors, and redeem and transform them.

Many people believe that the HumanFamilyCommunity (because all people, are in fact, genealogically related)  has entered a period that is either the end of days for humanity on this planet, or the beginning of a new time of higher consciousnessness. Many people believe your current model is immanently unsustainable, and will bring you little more than the “success” of dying “on top” in days of social, economic and environmental catastrophe. Instead, May we all wish each other well in the possibility of a New Beginning in this still New Millennium.

We respectfully ask that this letter be viewed by not only the Women Addressees, but with all the women of their families, and shared with the many women, as well as men, who comprise the Chase professional, service, advertising, and customer base, including the website listed Leadership and Board of Chase which is mostly male instead of 5050.

Thank You.

Sincerely and With Every Blessing,

Dear Mr. Moonves (with Extreme Concern for Ms. Chen):

You are hereby resigned and no longer recognized by the watching public as CEO of CBS. As a result of the fact that CBS virtually never reports the following information about the differences between real and pseudoelections, the urgent need for balance of gender in representation, and the unacceptable income inequities your salary and hoardings  embody compared to most Americans and especially women, we will not be watching your Network at all starting immediately and will turn off our televisions, but will check the websites of its programs and stations for this information, and when they have disseminated it both individually and collectively, with the same frequency they have reported on Conventional but pseudoelections, and unsustainable politics and economics, we will resume watching their program/TV again, and ask you, for any remaining hope for your immortal soul, to televise your own Truth and Reconciliation testimony before the American people and world, who have been so profoundly misserved by you and other Corporate/Media CEOS.

On July 4th at CBS headquarters in Washington DC, I held a pots and pans protest to announce the end of gender imbalanced government and corporate decision-making in the US and the world. I then went home, hugged the trees of my backyard as symbolic of the Tree of Love and Life, and called your offices in
DC and did a pots and pans protest over the phone. Then, I announced the Revolutionary Declarations of Women of the Occupy Movement to Declare Gender Parity NOW as a human right. You can see pictures of this below.

In 2011, you received $69,900,677 in total compensation. By comparison, the average worker made $34,053 in 2011 you made 2,053 times the average worker’s pay, many times that the average woman’s pay, and many times that the unpaid/uncredited work of mothers, female caretakers, and unpaid/uncreditted women activists for peace and protection of the environment, getting rich inducing politicians to forego publically funded elections, and hiding almost all news of women’s progress in representation in other countries for almost 20 years. Your second wife, a so-called “journalist” who likely has never said one word about the fact that her husband’s Network is censoring the most essential information needed to preserve the Planet, Julie Chen of CBS, hosts <B>”Big Brother”</B> How appropriate! It is a show about foreclosing and evicting people from their homes, something that is happening to 11 million Americans a year. Your network should be televising that to stop this outrage. Your Sixty Minutes are Up.

Again, the media office of Moonves’ patriarchal hierarchy is at 2020 M Street. Only if the US and other governments produce the 5050 that should be retroactive to the Millennial Year 2000, and redo and postpone elections that fail to offer gender 5050, will humanity still be around in 2020 in a peaceful, sustainable world. If not, we on Earth will all be dead from the mistake by the year 2020, or at best, have 2020 hindsight that is too late to stop the cascading avalanche of catastrophes, that our lack of 2020 foresight in the years 2000, 2004, 2008, let alone 2012, without publically funded real elections,  and gender 50-50 in office and economics, in the world’s most influential country and all countries, have caused.

THE BIGGEST ISSUE:

The problem was evident in 2001 when Senators, Democrats and Republicans/Dempublicans published their book, Nine and Counting, http://www.senate.gov/reference/reference_item/9andcounting.htm, which put a false front on tokenism, and which should have been more honestly titled, Why Does the US ranks 50th in Representation of Women, (which it was then) and honestly telling American women that Europe, all the Villages of India and other countries and hundreds of political parties around the world were already closing in on something closer to 5050, and under guidance from the UN, were already then many well over 30%. Now it is 2012, and the US ranks 92nd counting ties. Under these women’s co-opted leadership, the number of women in Congress is in a very low and actually going down. Its percent of women in Congress are what warlords prefer, because it causes co-optation of the women to perpetuating what is actually a dominant male agneda, and keeps the other women in line and not doing things like making peace culture. http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/893825/posts
None of the current women Senators, Dempublican Congresswomen and Party “Leaders” like Pelosi and Wasserman Schultz, and neither the First Lady or Second Lady ever talk about the US rank of 92 in any specific way. Publically, they congratulate themselves on their progress, and vaguely chirp about “more women”. They are not allowed to have specific goals.  Why? The topic is verboten by ape-male CEO’s Corporations that fund both parties, while the both Parties say they care about women, especially the “Democrats”.

It shocking, dangerous to all generations and the world, and unacceptable that the influential US corporate-patriarch-controlled media (especially television and radio), the “fourth branch of government” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fourth_branch_of_government that the people, both female and male, must be able to access and rely on to learn about the functioning of the other three branches compared to other governments around the world, is still and has been for 17 years at least, censoring and failing to cover the story that the so-called recent elections and election upcoming have been dangerously failing women and fair men thus, real democracy itself and the world environment, because the major US parties have not followed the voluntary examples of many countries and parties of the rest of the world putting democracy-sufficient numbers of women on the tickets in free publically funded elections. Unless immediate exposure and warning is exerted now, to have this issue exposed and dealt with before and head on at party conventions, it will leave the US ranked 78th in the world (92nd if you count ties), with less women in office than Afghanistan and Iraq have, and about tied with a very corrupt and backward country, Turkmenistan in representation of women http://www.ipu.org/wmn-e/classif.htm”>
http://www.ipu.org/wmn-e/classif.htm and once again not meeting the 1995 UN Beijing Platform for women’s minimum of 30% women in office by 2000, to protect democracy http://www.un.org/womenwatch/daw/beijing/platform/decision.htm#diagnosis and the environment http://gas.sagepub.com/content/19/4/506.abstract?ck=nck. At the present rate, even if it is even maintained, it will take 70 years http://www.equalrepresentation.org/Tracyspeech5-12-06.pdf to reach equality, and imagine what further inroads against women’s rights and environmental disasters and wars will happen without it, almost immediately, and long before then. The US lag has been misleading the rest of the world in the wrong direction, and hampering the peace-making gender balance efforts of the United Nations and Interparliamentary Union.

We encourage YOU and everyone to urgently, immediately and passionately act to tell the story and recruit other journalists, both women and fair men, to rebel against their CEO masters, and patriarchal men/coopted women token politicians, and cover the especially important national, and (still in many places) world emergency that exists concerning this world-trend-impacting “election”, the fact that leading and deeply concerned women as well as men are planning to boycott it
http://my.firedoglake.com/terridi/2012/06/02/boycott-the-2012-presidential-election http://www.facebook.com/events/179319712162048http://www.zcommunications.org/why-boycott-the-2012-presidential-election-by-terri-lee , which also highlights the boycott of woman’s and democracy activist Naadal el Saadawi  http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y_G10kkahc0 who was followed by millions, about half of Egyptians, women and men, who boycotted the recent election in Egypt, that offered a choice between two evils, rather than a true choice, without true representation, particularly for women. Another Egyptian, a man, lamented the lack of Bothiana Kamel, a woman who tried to run but received no major party support, as a choice for President, in his reason for boycotting http://blog.enterplanet360.com/2012/05/why-i-boycotted-the-egyptian-presidential-elections/ We must learn from those who boycotted in Egypt, and in the US, and this time, make it a far fuller boycott of the 51% of the American people who are female, and the largest percentage of the 49% men, who realize the government with equal representation of women in fair free elections that protect womens rights more securely, protects the environment, and protects the 99%. indeed, the 100%, against the hierarchical sociopathic destructive “decisions” of the most patriarchal 1% that has has been destroying this region, and more, of the world. Election boycotts were successfully used in ending apartheid in South Africa http://www.sahistory.org.za/dated-event/blacks-boycott-municipal-elections/  It is ironic that black history should be used to confront Barack Obama, but many observers feel Obama-Biden and the Democratic Party has not helped both women, people of color and working middle and lower class people enough in his position in a party which at the top level of leadership, many feel, is Patriarchal Corporate Dempublican. The gender-imbalanced Obama-Biden ticket is also receiving opposition from other traditional friends, labor, http://www.2012presidentialelectionnews.com/2012/07/unions-plan-shadow-convention-as-protest-to-dnc-convention/?wpmp_switcher=mobile  http://www.redstate.com/laborunionreport/2012/08/12/beyond-boycotting-upset-unions-to-picket-dncs-charlotte-convention h and Occupy Wallstreet http://www.theblaze.com/stories/nobody-2012-occupy-wall-street-turns-on-obama/

Even if “Obama wins”, he will likely actually lose, as Republicans are likely to retake the Senate, and many other official offices, just as with the help of money over people, just as Walker held on in Wisconsin http://article.wn.com/view/2012/07/08/McConnell_gives_Republicans_5050_chance_of_winning_Senate_mahttp://
http://www.politico.com/politico44/perm/0311/early_alarm_dc6e3768-165a-440e-a76d-606e30c48c51.html This means that erosion and assault on women’s rights, labor, the environment and peace will continue, even if “Obama wins”. There is no point for women, or fair men, to continue to legitmize a pseudoelection in such a self-defeating strategy. Endorsement of Obama will not protect them from mysogynist Republicans and Corporations, who will successfully attack them at every jurisdictional level. The only hope for women, and for democracy is to boycott and help others to boycott the pseudoelection, engage in pots and pans protests on a large scale at media offices for failing to cover the many examples of success of gender balance and public funding  in elections and economics in many countries and communities in the world that has let the election process failure continue this far http://genderbalancerepresentation.webs.com/megalinks2.htm, hold strikes, and bring business as usual to a halt in the US, the socalled leader of the free world (but at a rank of 92 for women)  until it achieves election reforms that Sweden has had since the 1980s, and are necessary now to prevent planetary environmental and economic collapse for billions of people.

A recent study showed that media spends only 6% of its time on women’s equality http://www.whomakesthenews.org/images/stories/restricted/highlights/highlights_en.pdf, and far less than even that, virtually at zero, on women’s full representation in office. The US media (and most politicians)are failing to cover how many millions of Americans, would prefer Hillary Clinton (although she may be too tied in with the male dominated corporacy that her husband secretly helps to fully stand up for herself or women)  or, perhaps even better, MANY OTHER prominent Democratic or well known pro-democracy woman, over Joe Biden as VP and a ticket of Obama and Clinton (if she is able to get her act together to stand up for 5050) or ANY woman if polled http://arkearthinbalance.webs.com/usship.html, and why there are no polls on this, and its urgent importance to the likelihood of the continued Blessings of the Almighty (who is not a sexist and is both Mother and Father to us all and wants to see humanity get beyond patriarchy and ascend to gender partnership) and an Obama real win, assuming the Democrats are not planning to just roll over as they did when they pretended George Bush and Dick Cheney were “elected”. The US media and politicians failed to cover the 1995 Beijing Conference Platform which called for a minimum critical mass for democracy of 30% women in all countries by 2000 http://www.uneca.org/
acgd/beijingplus15/documents/15YearReviewofBPfA.pdf>, failed to cover the leadership of Rajiv and Sonia Gandhi in bringing women’s representation to India via the Panchayat Raj http://www.hindu.com/2001/10/03/stories/05032524.htm which already serves hundreds of millions with 5050 gender balance now, and the Women’s Representation Bill still in committee in India http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Women%27s_Reservation_Bill
they  failed to cover gender parite that brought 50-50 to every city in France brought about by Prime Minister Lionel Jospin and his wife Sylvia Agacinski http://www.observatoire-parite.gouv.fr  Now, both the giver and the receiver of the Statue of Liberty are failing to reach the levels reached in mush of Europe, particularly because of the ripple effect of the US Gender Armageddon on other countries.

The US (and similar corporate and male-dominated/female coopting media in other countries) television and radio media failed to cover the gender 50-50 in Wales National Assembly brought about by Senator Julie Morgan and her husband Prime Minister Rhodri Morgan http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2003/may/09/gender.uk, they have failed to cover the one women for every man ballots of the Nordic countries since the 1970′s and their recent 40% requirement for women on corporate boards http://www.nytimes.com/2008/03/21/business/worldbusiness/21iht-wbwomen.2.11315428.html?_r=1&pagewanted=all, the European Parliament, under EU Commissioner Viviane Reding and others, are already undertaking to attain 5050 in corporations, Europe, many of which have caps and much lower ratios on CEO to average people’s salaries (In Germany it is $650,000) than the US. Tell the corporate media have failed to tell all the parties in Europe and worldwide that use voluntary standards http://www.socintwomen.org/en/quota.html and http://www.quotaproject.org/systemParty.cfm and the success of several African countries and Belgium, the Netherlands, Costa Rica and Spain and others in getting gender balance. They are not letting America know how far behind the rest of the literate world America has become, and how truly dangerous to democracy and the environment this is. They are failing to cover the 50-50 campaigns in England http://www.countingwomenin.org/ http://www.countingwomenin.org and Europe http://5050campaign.wordpress.com/resources/about-the-campaign  American women (and fair men) are being kept in the dark by the major media and both political parties.

Some American women and men are working to overcome this.
http://www.cawp.rutgers.edu/site/pages/2012Project.php but even this organization is too politically co-opted by corporate funders to demand any clear goal or 5050, and Riane Eisler and David Loye of the Center for Partnership Studies http://www.partnershipway.org/about-cps/cps-team/founders but way too slowly, because the major media and too many politicians (and some very complicit organizations which focus only on women’s reproductive rights) have been so silent about this silent national and world emergency, even ‘though there is a lot about it on the Internet: <B> The Occupy Movement Convention and Gathering in July included REvolutionary Declarations calling for 5050 gender balance and gender parity as Divinely Endowed human rights, but there has been thus far little media coverage of this critical aspect for any community, (local, national or global) decision-making http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/99_Percent_Declaration#The_document, few women knew of it in time to become delegates/attendees and come to these events. But the word is getting out. Will you report on it, and the whole situation, Now?  These Declarations serve as a beckon call for a new gender balanced Constitutional Convention in 2013, gender parity in representation for women at all levels of government, public funding of elections a critical factor for women, and and many other changes that were Declared http://arkearthinbalance.webs.com/Declarationsz.mp3 but not fully disseminated at the Occupy Movement’s various efforts in July, but are being disseminated now and  prepare for a real election after a Constituational Convention in 2013.

The media and politicians failed to cover the issue that is at the heart of everything for women, men and families, that of family leave, and the balance of love and work, compared to other countries, and don;t report on information such as these:

The US corporate media is still reporting economic news in such a way that continues a primitive patriarchal approach to economics, using the GDP instead of the more appropriate Genuine Progress Indicator, http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Genuine_progress_indicator#The_components_of_GPI/wiki/Genuine_progress_indicator#T which can be even better improved to measure gender balance in political representation and includes the counting of unpaid family and community work, most of which is done by women, and the valuation of stewardship of environmental resources. The media’s  lack of gender balanced reporting on economics will cause a worldwide economic collapse that is simultaneous with environmental degradation and catastrophe. You can read more about gender balance in economics at and the sustainable future Earth could be having now as a Universal Planet , with gender balanced paradigms in economics at http://soularsolar.webs.com/aboutgendertender.html

The silent ignorant complicity of most women journalists (and many politicians and too many organizations) in allowing the US to fall to the rank of 78/92 with Turkmenistan, and to continue to fail to have women in the Chief Executive, without blowing the whistle long ago is a testament to the power of patriarchy on women and just how easily many women still try to fit into a man’s world, and the silence of men journalists.is the complicit silence of imbedded, habitual world-destroying hierarchy. Women journalists like Keli Goff’s rant on the Dylan Ratigan show, need to insist on  each other to catch up on globally responsible homework on this without blaming women voters, http://loop21.com/politics/are-female-voters-blame-failure-women-candidates , who have been kept in the dark, and their is the Huffington Post, which has posted posts by Biance Jagger http://www.huffingtonpost.com/bianca-jagger/post_1817_b_834626.html who said quite clearly that trying to achieve results gradually was a mistake and that “We Must Declare a Non-Violent Revolution”,

Hillary is deeply complicit in promoting Biden instead of herself or another woman. But even these usually only brief, partial and superficial reports are few and very far between the usual legimitizing of a pseudoelection that their corporate bosses are making so much false wealth on. Urgently help them realize that much more, in fact, 5050 in free fair elections, is overdue, shame and expose the patriarchal habits and control being exerted on other journalists, politicians, and apparently too many self-defeating organizations, for not telling or investigating this whole story in any depth for years, especially the specifics on how other countries and jurisdictions gained 5050 and close to it already, and still not warning of the immanent environmental and social disaster by not telling  now on their<B> every report</B> or webblog on both parties and the upcoming “election”, the decision of many Americans to boycott it, and start real coverage of the issue of women’s representation and real democracy, and protecting earth,  and the economy (which will go into another depression

Feminine/Masculine Balance on Earth, or the final tortuous Beginning of the End Cycle of the Planet Eart http://www.adishakti.org/mayan_end_times_prophecy_12-21-2012.htm WAKE UP! This is all truly at stake in the  upcoming, thus far as planned, gender imbalanced earth-endangering pseudoelection in the US. This, and many elections on earth will have to be reheld in 2013 as emergency antidotes to the damage done by accepting gender imbalance in office and economic paradigms for too long.

The problem is multifaceted, The dominant male CEOs don’t want it the story covered. Many men are habituated to patriarchy because it works marginally better for men than women (until it causes Depression, War and Environmental collapse), so they leave the issue for women, and this not-so benign neglect undermines women’s self-esteem. Then women fall prey to either passivity and passive enabling, or cooptation, in which women identify with dominant male values. It needs a thorough discussion., that includes both the need for men to pay more attention to the issue, and women to oversome low self-esteem and women defeating settling for marginalization and its associated problem of lack of mutual support among women. These problems are discussed at:
http://arkearthinbalance.webs.com/DangerousWomen.html
http://arkearthinbalance.webs.com/DangerousMen.html We do not want to list the Google Women and Men as Dangerous in these essays, but we will if there is no positive and affirmative response to this letter by September  22nd.

This problem has been going on for many, many years. The fact is,it has been going on for several millennia. It is urgently planet-endangering, truly spiritually dangerously overdue time to blow the fire whistle on this, and if need by switch to another search engine, and see women and concerned men buy no products from the Internet, (and Yahoo is no better, in all their daily news stories, that are now controlled by ABC, and never have presented and followed up with many stories on the many stories imbedde in http://www.ipu.org/wmn-e/classif.htm about progress occuring in many parts of the world, but not the US. we will soon have an open letter to Marissa Mayer and the still mostly men at on that Board.) until the Google banner tells the whole truth about humanity’s need to ReEvolve, right now. A gender imbalanced Supreme Court, picked by gender imbalanced Presidents’s and Congresses, gave us Citizens’ United that has turned the American election into an auction for environment and Internet endangering gender imbalanced corporations, and this is only the patriarchal ultimate coup d’grat after the needlessly expensive, non-publically financed, winner take all instead of proportional 2000, 2004, and 2008 election debacles which all fed the coffers of the corporate media under their dangerously outmoded wealth paradigm, and produced gender imbalanced tickets in major parties in the US, in ignorance of the principles of balance and fairness.. You can urgently refer to http://genderbalancerepresentation.webs.com/megalinks2.htm for information about gender balance around the world and gender balance paradigms for media, and government= and gender balanced paradigms for earth-sustainable equitable economics and Genuine Progress Indicators that count all women’s as well as men’s labors (instead of all the Earth dying with the patriarchal 1% “on top” pseudoelections and Media CEO and  bankster-money corporate paradigms).

Mr Moonves (and the pathetically complicit Ms. Chen), Your 60 minutes and 3,000 years of patriarchal/oligarhical domination are UP. We and the Almighty are watching You, But no longer watching CBS, pending CBS Truth and Reconciliation on its role in endangering millions of women, men and children and this Planet.
We will be checking your websites do see if you are able to develop any semblance of a human conscience. We wish you Every Blessing. We only desire that you Turn from Evil, and change your ways NOW,  during this period before the pseudoelection, before it is permanently  too late for your  Immortal Souls.

Can US CEOs Ever Get Their Souls Back?

US DOW JONES CEOS EARN 550-2500 times the average salary,  and that is more than the average women makes and is owed for uncreditted labor
in an outmoded false concept of wealth system that uses the GDP instead of the Genuine Progress Indicator, that counts all the work of women and men in their homes and communityes as well as paid work, the Value of Nature, and the presence of real democracy. They have destroyed the 4th branch of government, the Press,  and control the other three branches
as well. They don’t care if their system kills the Planet Earth, they just want to  “die on top”. Is there any way for these men to get their Souls back? Read Open Letters to Chief Evil Officer$$.
